What visitor to Whole Foods (aka “Whole Paycheck”) hasn’t stared in slack-jawed wonder at bluefoot mushrooms imported from Europe ($39.99 per pound), off-season organic grapefruit from Texas ($2.49 per softball-size fruit), organic almond butter ($14.99 a pound) or pine nuts ($13.99 a pound)?

In a world of $1 double cheeseburgers, it’s no wonder that many people suspect that a vegetarian diet is more expensive than one that includes meat.

But that’s generally not true. And though it’s difficult to tally the savings of illnesses or diseases avoided with a plant-based diet, the financial worth of good health is unquestionable.

Yup.. for the time being. =p But hopefully never again will I be disappotined.

Just take it as a chance for both. It’s too early to let go where there might be possiblity on going further. Sometimes, was thinking it could be just me that’s creating all this nonsense. It happened once and now again. I’m just into my own world and imagine my own story… am i or am i not?? Well, i shall not pursue anymore. This isn’t the time to think all this rubbish. haha…

That was what written on my cake! *_* A BIG ‘thank you’ to jiejie, aloy, jenny & everyone who celebrated it for me. Didn’t expect to have a cake at this age and with candles!! Oh, how i wanted my birthday wishes this year! wahaha…. “)
We had it a day earlier together with the warming of jie & aloy’s house. A very long day with lots of people coming in and out. But all is impressed by the reno works i guess. Very nicely done up i must say!!

Daniel is going Japan to work!! Finally his dreams come true!! I’m so happy for him and i can totally understand his feelings now. Keep dreaming till it comes true!!! haha…

Oh… and i’ve recieved 2 lovely bouquet of flowers. Normally i won’t post it out but this time is exceptional. Rid got me roses *v* and 36 of it. Was wondering the whole time what does it means. Just knew it few mins ago. It’s the no. of months since i first met him in LA. He’s so sweet! Thanks again!! For the other bouquet, it’s daisy… the person who gave it to me says i need a change. It’s too boring so daisy is something new!?!?! hahaha… And the person is my other half now!! lalala…sweet sweet love…

As for my 25th yr, i spent it at Sentosa. It’s a relaxing & rejuvenating day. Did a massage at Spa Botanica. It’s fab! The ambiance is absolutely terrific. Dinner at Cafe Del Mar. Atmosphere is nice but the food wise is not as good as expected. For the price paid. hmmm… And I’ve also tried the Fish Reflexology. There’s little fishes nibbling on your feet. Suppose to be a “nibbling massage”. They consume your dead skin, helps you to exfoliate. hee…There’s actually two pool of fishes. One is from turkey which has smaller fishes and from africa which has bigger fishes. It’s quite scary initially to put your feet in. But after a while (without looking at it) you get use to it. Kinda ticklish when they nibble on your feet. Especially for the africans ones. Would definitely recommend to others!

August roster is out!! I’m in dead meat now. All my exams and presentations clashes with my flight.. How am i going to do it?!?!? How am i going to survive this August? Adding to it… I’m on a check flight with my senior. 10 full days on check by him. *miserable*

This few weeks had been terrible for me. And more to come. I just can’t get my brains working. I’m slagging behind my classmates and i know it clearly. My interest is no longer with the books. The thought of another year studying ALONE dreads me… the thought of not having my contract renew next year frightens me… the thought of not being able to accomplish my new ‘role’ stresses me…

From tomorrow till Saturday, i’ll be more relax. hee… Will have my own time n space! Just had a chat with my friend in Dubai. I missed those days. Really a lot!! I guess whoever have been abroad for sometime will know what i meant. Anyway, it’s just a feeling that will go away in time. I’m in SinGapoRe now… What more should i expect!!!

Yeah!! Finally, i’ll get my wings!!! A long wait for it…Just came back from the celebration. A small ktv session with my base manager (boss), a couple of senior crew and four of us newbies.. I’m totally amazed by how well they sang. OMG!!! They’re so pro. Hmm… time to buck upon my singing!! haha… And also my alcohol tolerance level… hmm.. maybe not the latter! =p

Anyway, this week gonna be a busy one… tons of assignment waiting. Talking about school work, I’ve flank one test paper. Dunno what’s wrong with me. I guess my momentum is still not in tune yet. Haizz….

Another day has passed… And i’ll be going away for 11days. To London and from there to Shanghai. This will be my money making trip. haha… I can’t afford to miss this. Better get my packing start and catch some sleep. Hopefully i’ll be missed… by that someone….

How are you doing? Hope there’s not too much cobwebs growing on you. It’s been a one hell of time for me.
